Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across various online channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This role also involves conducting thorough market research to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and inform marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Executive will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business goals, encompassing SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and track performance to improve organic and paid search rankings
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across relevant platforms, create compelling content, manage social media calendars, monitor social listening, and analyze performance metrics
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute valuable and relevant content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) to attract and engage target audiences
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve specific marketing objectives
- Website Analytics Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and market opportunities, Analyze market data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and target audience identification, Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities and strategies, Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather valuable customer feedback
- Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends: Continuously learn about the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor s degree in engineering / MBA with a specialization in Marketing from a recognized institution
- 3-5 years of proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and technologies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
