Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top technical talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools to track and manage candidates.
- Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers, handle pre-employment processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- [7+] years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of IT and engineering roles, including software development, DevOps, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in offer management.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
