Role: Sr US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) (Night Shift - US Time Zone)

Duration: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, , etc.), social media, and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for various technical roles.
  • Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess technical skills, and evaluate candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on US IT job market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment in W2 recruitment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT skills, programming languages, and technologies.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with job boards, Recruiter, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Boolean search techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate compensation packages and employment terms.
  • Work Authorization Knowledge: Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Shift Timing: Must be comfortable working in US time zones.
