Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Oyo, Swiggy, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank-tech software services. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Performance Marketing to lead Snapmint's paid acquisition. Responsibilities: - Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, affiliates, programmatic, and remarketing - Own CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics across multiple acquisition funnels (app, web, merchant checkout) - Build scalable playbooks for targeting, creatives, and audience segmentation - Drive deep experimentation across creatives, funnels, landing pages, and bidding strategies - Partner with product and analytics teams to strengthen event tracking, improve conversion, and reduce drop-offs - Manage budgeting across campaigns - Mentor and manage juniors when required Qualifications: - 6-8 years in performance or growth marketing with strong hands-on channel expertise - 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience - Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile app marketing - Experience with attribution, MMPs and event-based optimization - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data tools Location: Bangalore (Prestige Tech Park, Kadubeesanahalli) / Gurgaon Working days: Monday Friday
