We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales professional to join our team and focus on the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Dubai real estate market.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Dubai real estate sector.
- Prepare property listings and conduct property showings to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and developers.

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using real estate software and databases for property listings and client management.
- Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and present findings effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients.
- Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.

We need candidates who are willing to support from India or willing to relocate to Dubai.
