Job Summary Switchgear and Control Techniques Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team This role will focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained in the design production and testing of electrical panels for switchgear and control systems The Quality Engineer will play a key role in implementing quality control procedures improving product reliability and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming raw materials components and parts for conformance to specifications using appropriate tools and techniques Review supplier quality documentation COA test reports inspection certificates Develop and implement inspection plans and sampling methods based on quality standards e g ISO IS IEC Identify non-conforming materials and coordinate with the purchase and supplier quality teams for resolution NCR SCAR Maintain and update inspection records reports and quality documentation Collaborate with design production and procurement teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions Conduct audits and assessments of supplier processes when required Participate in supplier evaluation and development processes Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function Qualifications B Tech in Electrical Engineering 3-5 year of experience in electrical engineering or related fields Technical Skills Basic understanding of switchgear systems electrical circuits and control technologies Familiarity with electrical design will be an advantage Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of electrical safety standards and guidelines IEC IS etc Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Good verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Qualifications
