Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled Cook with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas. - Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met. - Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials. - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. - Assist with the training of new kitchen staff as necessary. Skills and Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. - Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred.
