Key Responsibilities:
● Growth hacking and Strategic thinking: First principles thinking to drive strategic
growth projects with transformative potential for Navi's businesses. Design GTM of new
products/features launches
● Customer Lifecycle Management: Drive Acquisition, Retention and Reactivation
charters by improving quality of acquisition and engagement campaigns through cohort
level A/B experiments and differentiated communication. Increase Users/ Transactions/
AUM as well as positively impact customer experience
● Ownership: Own campaign creation across outbound channels (Push notifications,
SMS/RCS, Whatsapp, Email) and in-app opportunities
● Stakeholder management: Work closely with product, business, data science/analytics,
brand teams and external stakeholders to align on growth objectives
● Data backed approach: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities
for improving customer satisfaction and engagement
● Reporting: Monitor and report campaign performance and key success metrics.
Maintain and publish dashboards/reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
● 5+ years experience across Growth marketing/Customer Lifecycle Management,
Mo-engage/Clevertap/any other engagement platform, MMP (Mobile Measurement
Partner like Appsflyer etc.), category management, marketing or product roles with a
very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding & content
● Growth-first thinking with a focus on achieving strategic objectives. Track record of
driving growth at scale
● Proven experience in setting up and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for
different user journeys
● Highly analytical and data-driven approach with strong verbal & written communication
skills
● Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work, ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment, and ownership
● Adaptability to navigate the evolving marketing landscape and explore new trends and
technologies.
Good to Have:
● Experience in the BFSI industry or fintech startups
