Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Practitioner based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Medical Practitioner will provide holistic wellness support to clients, integrating modern medicine with alternative healing approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing tailored wellness programs, facilitating workshops such as yoga and meditation, and guiding clients through self-healing practices. Collaborating with team members to create corporate well-being strategies is also part of this role. Qualifications - Proficiency in holistic wellness practices, including yoga and meditation techniques - Strong understanding of medical sciences and alternative healing approaches - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse individuals and groups - Experience designing and delivering workshops focused on intuition, emotional intelligence, and metaphysical well-being - Ability to combine traditional medical knowledge with holistic practices for client empowerment - Familiarity with tailoring wellness programs for individuals and teams - Relevant professional qualifications in Medicine, Holistic Therapy, or related fields - Experience in facilitating corporate wellness programs is a plus
