The Medical Representative is crucial in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The primary objective is to increase product awareness, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with healthcare practitioners.

**Qualification**: B.sc / B.pharma

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of pharmaceutical products or medical devices to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, organize seminars, and participate in medical conferences to enhance product knowledge among target audiences.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong customer base by regularly visiting healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor products and pricing.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product improvement.
- **Training and Education**:

- Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use of products.
- Stay updated on medical advancements, industry regulations, and product knowledge to serve as a reliable resource for customers.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and expenses.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Adhere to all legal requirements related to promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
