At 89 Solutions, our core values are: · Be outcome driven · Have fun · People over profit Responsibilities ---------------------------- As a Senior Technical Consultant: - You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training) - Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects) - Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects) - -- Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agents - -- Prepare Solution Design document for the AI agents and their supporting integrations - -- Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders (application admins and architects) - Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions’s product portfolio - Work closely with international colleagues and customers (largely U.S. based) - Have fun along the way This is a great role to learn Moveworks - the leading enterprise Agentic AI platform - that is going to soon become part of the ServiceNow ecosystem. Your ServiceNow integrations experience will help you learn the Moveworks platform. Qualifications ---------------------------- - 5+ years of work experience on the ServiceNow platform with heavy focus on integrations. Integrations can either be for: - a) IT Operations Management (ITOM) (Discovery, Service Mapping) OR - b) custom / complex integrations with enterprise applications (e.g. SAP Ariba, SAP PeopleSoft, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, Workday, Intune/JAMF). - Back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang) - Experience with APIs and integrations - - -- Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT) - -- Understanding of JSON & XML - -- Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas - Excellent written and communication skills - Great technical documentation skills - Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills - General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies Bonus Points for ---------------------------- - Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company - Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) - Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc. - Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
