Funnel Improvement (50%)

- Optimize borrower movement across differentfunnel stages.

Process & Quality Adherence (10%)

- Maintain90% adherenceto telesales quality standards.
- Use aneffective sales pitchand ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%)

- Deliverexceptional customer experience, ensuring aCSAT score of 4.5 (90%).
- Address borrower queries positively to improve survey feedback.
