Responsibilities - Identify and understand clients financial needs and provide customized life insurance solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to ensure their insurance policies meet their changing needs. - Stay updated on the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulations to provide accurate advice. - Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Understanding of financial products and life insurance concepts. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. - Customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction.
