Job Description Real Estate Sales Manager (Onsite Nagpur) Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Experience Required: 3 years in Real Estate Sales or Property Management About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our onsite team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property sales, client relationship management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales process, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the property buying journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Handle client inquiries, property visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights. Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to real estate transactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in real estate sales or property consultancy. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
