Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in the MEERUT district, for the role of a Food and Beverage Service Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage team, ensure adherence to service standards, train and mentor staff, and address guest concerns to create a high-quality customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, ensuring hygiene compliance, assisting in event planning for food and beverage services, and collaborating with other teams to improve service delivery. Qualifications - Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. - Expertise in Food Service and maintaining top-notch Service Standards. - Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally. - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively with staff and guests. - In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices within the food and beverage industry. - Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is preferred. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
