Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, overseeing budgeting and cost management, and training staff to maintain a professional level of service. The manager will also be responsible for responding to customer needs and ensuring a welcoming hospitality experience. Qualifications - Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a focus on maintaining quality standards. - Proven skills in Customer Service, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling feedback effectively. - Ability to provide Training to staff to maintain high operational and service levels. - Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability and cost control. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively oversee and manage teams. - A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
