Job Description - Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation. - Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in the chemistry-related data. - Evaluate and improve AI-generated chemistry content, ensuring it aligns with real-world principles. - Debug and correct errors in AI-driven chemistry reasoning and outputs. - Collaborate with the AI team to enhance the AI's understanding of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving techniques. - Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging Chemistry concepts and problems. - Stay updated with the latest JEE Advanced trends, syllabus changes, and exam strategies to ensure relevant content delivery. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry. - A minimum of 1+ years of experience tutoring students. - Prior experience in the EdTech sector and a strong understanding of the JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies. - Strong understanding of JEE Advanced Chemistry topics, including Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry. - Proven track record of helping students achieve significant improvements in their JEE Advanced scores. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex Chemistry concepts in a clear and engaging manner. - Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and tailor lessons to meet students needs.
