Role Overview: The Academic Counselor will play a pivotal role in guiding students and working professionals to select the most suitable learning programs aligned with their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate will be confident in a target-driven, sales-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective students, working professionals, and parents on relevant courses and programs. - Conduct one-on-one (in-person or virtual) career guidance sessions. - Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum enrollments. - Explain course details structure, duration, benefits, and career outcomes. - Stay updated on EdTech trends to offer accurate, personalized recommendations. - Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets. - Maintain and update student interactions using CRM systems. - Ensure smooth onboarding and provide post-enrollment assistance to students. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's Degree (Psychology preferred) - Experience: Minimum 6 months in academic counseling or EdTech sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach. - Comfortable using CRM and online communication tools. - Must own a personal laptop (arranged laptops not acceptable). - Must be unmarried and available to relocate to Noida within 7 days. Additional Details: - Work Mode: Office Only - No. of Vacancies: 4 - Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days - Placement Fee: 7% of offered CTC (paid within 90 days of joining)
