We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple food outlets of our 53-year-old food chain company in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, driving profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of multiple food outlets to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards across all outlets.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain processes to optimize cost and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that increase sales.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance performance and team cohesion.
- Monitor financial performance of outlets, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 8-18 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
