The Successful Applicant A successful SM - HRBP should have: - Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. - Proven expertise in HR practices within the Technology & Telecoms sector. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India. - Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. - Experience in managing change and driving organisational initiatives. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
