(Urgent) Member Data Analyst

Job Description Position : Member Data Analyst Experience : Min 4 Years Education : B.E /BTech/ ME / MCA /MS Joining Location : Bangalore Note: We are seeking candidates who are available to join immediately or within an week to meet critical project requirements As Data Analyst, this role will be responsible for Data analysis. Key responsibility includes analysis of data for insight generation, data visualization and quality assessment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Ability to understand the business domain and determine business impact due to data issues. - Data analysis using statistical techniques and visualization. - Experience in Data validation. - Hands on in using Data profiling tools and techniques. - Strong in approaches to evaluate large dataset for quality and accuracy. - Analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures. - Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems. - Good understanding of relational and dimensional data models. - Experience working with Dimensions/Facts, Data Catalog, Stored Procedures. - Create and maintain Data Catalogs for traceability and lineage. - Design and execute SQL worksheets and stored procedures to validate business rules. - Test data pipelines in cloud environments (data flow, transformations, performance checks). - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth ETL/ELT processes. - Perform root cause analysis of data issues and provide remediation steps. - Contribute to automation of data validation and quality checks where feasible. - Document processes, rules, and results for auditability and knowledge sharing. - Be a strong Agile team member. - Insight generation through visualization. Experience & Skills: - 4+ years of prior experience having worked on data related projects is must - Strong knowledge on Excel (Pivots, Macros / Functions (statistical), Filters,Vlookup etc). - Should be hands on in Data profiling / Data Quality Diamentions - Should strong on writing complex sql queries & dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema) - Should havescripting knowledge on Python - Excellent communication and organizational skills
