Location: Charkos College of Nursing, Mysuru Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Principal Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical classes as per INC and university guidelines - Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations - Supervise and guide students during clinical postings - Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain academic records - Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement - Mentor students for academic and professional growth - Engage in research, projects, and publication activities - Coordinate with HOD and other faculty members for academic planning - Ensure adherence to institutional policies, discipline, and student welfare Qualifications & Skills: - Master's in nursing - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM - Saturday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
