Associate Professor

Positions: Lecturer/ Assistant Professor / Associate Professor.

Qualification: M.Sc. in Nursing (in any specialty)

Job Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical classes as per INC and university guidelines
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations
• Supervise and guide students during clinical postings
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain academic records
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement
• Mentor students for academic and professional growth
• Engage in research, projects, and publication activities
• Coordinate with HOD and other faculty members for academic planning
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies, discipline, and student welfare

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's in nursing
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
