Job Title: Ice Cream Scooper Location: Bomanahalli, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time At Se Gelato, we believe in serving happiness in every scoop. Our gelato is freshly made with quality ingredients, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-friendly individuals to be a part of our team. Job Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude. Scoop and serve gelato, cones, sundaes, and other menu items accurately and efficiently. Assist customers with menu questions, flavor recommendations, and portion choices. Handle cash, card, and digital transactions at the register. Maintain cleanliness of the serving counter, utensils, and customer seating area. Restock supplies such as cups, cones, napkins, and toppings. Follow hygiene, food safety, and portion control standards. Support the team in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking. Requirements: Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred, but not required (training provided). Friendly personality with good communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rush hours. Basic math skills for handling cash and billing. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
