About the role The Senior Programmatic Specialist should be someone with a solid understanding of the programmatic buying landscape and fluent in cross-platform private marketplace-business The person will be responsible for overseeing the strategies in place the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns that generate consumer revenue across our brands including purchases of new products brand uplift etc Within this role the person will work closely with the brand directors with other internal teams as well as with our platform technology partners This person should not only have strong analytical skills but also have strong problem-solving skills in dealing with new challenges as they arise The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for the digital media space and is an out-of-the-box thinker who can translate media objectives and strategies into programmatic campaign recommendations and strategies across multiple platforms video display social native Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you Be the primary point of contact for your clients for Programmatic and IO PlanningFully understand client business objectives and ensure these are translated into meaningful Programmatic platform strategiesAttend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings including status meetings briefing sessions campaign reviews QBRs etcBe responsible for mentoring junior members of your team to increase quality and performance on your clientsBe responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of yours and junior team members workEnsure timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend income for your clients to ensure suppliers are paid on time and clients are invoiced on timeEnsure you are completing timesheets in an accurate and timely manner to enable the business to complete channel and client profitability resource analysisManage the setup optimization and reporting of Programmatic campaignsPreparing responses and media plans to meet brief proposalsOverseeing the planning execution and on-going management of campaignsTest Learn Approach Reviewing performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for delivering performance efficienciesRemain abreast of developments in Biddable Activation and broader digital spaceContribute towards new business RFPs and pitches as requiredActively contribute as a leader for product workstreams and strategic projectsUnderstand latest developments in Programmatic and attending industry eventsKey Competencies Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Programmatic Biddable Planning and BuyingGood understanding of planning and buying of Programmatic campaigns across various strategies channels and buying modelsPractical expertise in planning buying and campaign management on self-service biddable platforms DV360 TheTradeDesk CM360 IAS and or DoubleVerifyExperience in leading and collaborating with others internal and externalAbility to multi-task and prioritise for self and others junior team members Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget managementSelf-Starter who demonstrates initiativeBusiness fluent in English German would be a big plus any other Swiss local language skills a bonusGreat business and negotiating skillsStrong problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of digital advertising products and ad serving technologies Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape video display social programmatic and marketing analyticsAnalytical and critical thinking skills Solutions-oriented mindset with great attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills PROFESSIONAL SOFT SKILLSPassionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of social media online video and digital marketingStrongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data setsAssessment - monitoring the performance of yourself others or organisations to make improvements or take corrective actionCoordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others and juggling different tasksTime Management - Managing your own time and the time of othersProject management Having and applying methods process and skills to complete projects and tasksSpeaking and Presenting - Conveying information correctly and with the correct tone for the audienceExceptional interpersonal organisational communication and decision-making skillsLocation ChennaiBrand ParagonTime Type Full timeContract Type Permanent dentsu
