Job Description Role Summary & Key Objectives - We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-drivenEmail Marketer Lead Generationto execute email campaigns that drive prospect engagement and generate qualified leads. The role involves managing campaign operations, optimizing email deliverability, building targeted lists, and closely tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of email marketing tools, best practices in compliance, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns contribute effectively to the business pipeline. Core Responsibilities - Plan, build, and executeemail marketing campaignsfocused on lead generation and nurturing. - Create and managetargeted mailing liststhrough segmentation, list hygiene, and data enrichment. - Optimize campaigns throughA/B testing, personalization, and automation workflows. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights onopen rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability. - Ensure compliance withGDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations. - Collaborate with content and design teams for effective messaging and templates. - Continuously research and adoptnew tools, trends, and techniquesto improve campaign ROI. Must-Have Skills Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience withemail marketing platforms(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Pardot). - Strong understanding ofaudience segmentation, list management, and email automation. - Ability to design or editbasic HTML/CSS email templates. - Familiarity withcampaign performance metrics(open rates, CTR, bounce, unsubscribe, conversion). - Knowledge ofemail deliverability best practicesand spam filter management. Soft Skills: - Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. - Collaborative approach to work with sales, content, and design teams. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience inB2B lead generationcampaigns (IT services, SaaS, or related industries). - Knowledge ofCRM systems(Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM). - Exposure tomarketing analytics tools(Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau). - Familiarity withLinkedIn and other digital lead generation channels. - Basic understanding ofaccount-based marketing (ABM). Experience Requirements - 2 6 yearsof hands-on experience inemail marketing and campaign management. - Proven track record of generating and nurturingqualified B2B leadsvia email. - Experience in managingmedium-to-large mailing listsacross multiple geographies preferred. KPIs / Success Metrics - Lead Generation:Volume and quality of leads generated from campaigns. - Engagement Metrics:Open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and unsubscribe trends. - Conversion Metrics:Leads converted to MQLs/SQLs from email campaigns. - Deliverability:Inbox placement rate, spam complaints, and sender reputation. - Efficiency:On-time campaign execution and adherence to compliance standards. - Optimization:Implementation of successful A/B tests and measurable improvements in campaign performance
