This is a remote position At ZipNom Technologies Pvt Ltd we help startups SMEs and enterprises grow through innovation-driven IT solutions from web and app development to AI cloud and automation To scale our digital presence and client acquisition we re seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute impactful online marketing strategies Role Overview As a Digital Marketing Executive you ll be responsible for planning implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media email search and paid ads You ll work closely with the design content and business teams to generate qualified leads improve engagement and boost brand visibility Key Responsibilities Develop plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote ZipNom s services and products Manage social media platforms LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X YouTube from content creation to engagement Run and optimize Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns Work on SEO on-page off-page and technical to improve website rankings Coordinate email marketing campaigns using automation tools Zoho Campaigns Mailchimp etc Conduct keyword research market analysis and competitor tracking Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing assets and creatives Track measure and report campaign performance through analytics tools Google Analytics Search Console etc Manage website content updates landing pages and blogs in coordination with the web team Suggest and implement new growth strategies based on data and trends Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing IT services preferred Strong understanding of SEO SEM SMM and PPC strategies Proficiency with Google Ads Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Search Console Tag Manager and UTM tracking Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools Zoho Campaigns Mailchimp Sendinblue Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms for content updates Strong analytical creative and problem-solving skills Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B IT marketing or lead generation for tech services Knowledge of CRM systems Zoho CRM preferred Basic understanding of graphic tools Canva Figma for post creation Awareness of AI-driven marketing tools ChatGPT Jasper etc Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Exposure to global marketing campaigns and tech-driven strategies Opportunity to lead branding and marketing for multiple products A collaborative data-driven and creative work culture Career growth opportunities in digital strategy and leadership Note We re looking for a marketer who combines creativity with strategy someone who doesn t just run ads but builds digital ecosystems that convert At ZipNom your marketing ideas become measurable impact
