Job Summary We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to act as a bridge between the school and our remote marketing team The role mainly involves coordinating content shooting basic photos videos within the school campus sharing updates with the marketing team and supporting them during high workload periods Heavy editing and strategy are handled by our remote team Key Responsibilities Content Collection Coordination Capture photos and videos of daily school activities events classrooms celebrations competitions and achievements Share raw photos videos event details and instructions clearly with the remote marketing team Ensure timely availability of content as per marketing team requirements Communication Follow-ups Act as the single point of contact between school management and the remote marketing team Communicate upcoming events priorities deadlines and approvals Follow up to ensure posts are published as planned Light Support Work As Needed Assist with basic editing or posting only when the marketing team has heavy workload Upload content or schedule posts when instructed Help with WhatsApp broadcasts Google Business updates or simple posts if required On-Ground Support Be present during major school events for content capture Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth content collection Maintain proper naming and organization of files before sharing Skills Requirements Basic understanding of social media platforms Instagram Facebook YouTube WhatsApp Ability to shoot decent-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera Good communication and coordination skills Organized punctual and responsive No advanced editing skills required Preferred Not Mandatory Basic knowledge of Canva CapCut or similar tools Prior experience in a school college or media-related role Who This Role Is Ideal For Someone energetic and present on campus Good at coordination and follow-ups Comfortable with phones cameras and social media Someone who can support the team during peak times without owning the entire workload Job Type Full-time Pay 9 855 20 - 15 569 02 per month Work Location In person
