🚨 We’re Hiring – Merchandiser / Production Manager (Jharkhand) 🚨

Saantha, a sustainable fashion brand working with 2000+ artisans in Jharkhand, is looking for a Merchandiser / Production Manager to handle production from raw material sourcing to final shipment.

Responsibilities:

- Order Execution: Manage the entire order flow from inquiries to final delivery.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and procure fabrics, trims, components, and accessories.
- Production Coordination: Supervise tailors & artisans, check quality, finishing, and ensure timely production.
- Inventory Management: Track stock, optimize usage, and reduce wastage.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials, production, and shipping.
- Product Development: Assist in new collections, material sourcing, costing, and sampling.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Help implement merchandise plans and timelines.
- Communication & Negotiation: Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with buyers and retail partners.
- Travel: Regular travel to units/workshops in Ranchi, Jamshedpur & nearby areas for supervision.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in merchandising / production management (fashion or textiles).
- Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage artisans and tailor units independently.
- Comfortable with field visits and ground-level execution.

Salary: ₹25000/month
