Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Devise and implement bespoke digital marketing strategies tailored to assigned clients.
- Craft and curate compelling digital content aligned with client objectives to drive engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct thorough industry and competitor research to inform and enhance client portfolios.
- Participate actively in client presentations, prepare comprehensive reports, and lead productive client meetings to drive strategic alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, content, and technical departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to support business development efforts and acquire new clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for client accounts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Proactively nurture client relationships alongside Account Managers, addressing their needs and ensuring utmost satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Managers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the clients business objectives and target audiences.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously innovate and deliver value-added solutions.
