[Urgent] Data Analyst

About Position: The Senior Commercial Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging analytical frameworks and tools to support the organization in planning, optimizing performance, and driving data-informed decision-making. This role is crucial in creating actionable insights by analyzing historical data, developing future projections, and generating business insights for key stakeholders. The analyst will also conduct campaign performance evaluations and deliver recommendations for process improvements. This position requires technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong stakeholder communication. - Role: Data Analyst - Location: Pune - Experience: 7 to 10 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Path to Target Analysis - Purpose: Evaluate and project the expected performance of business plans (program plans, sales plans, event plans, etc.) against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. - Activities: - Conduct 6-quarter look-back analysis of full funnel performance metrics. - Develop the methodology, analyze data, and provide business insights on the health of new customer acquisition commercial programs by market - Analyze spend and capacity data to create realistic future projections. - Validate inputs from cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with historical and market data. - Deliver a "Path to Target" document outlining expected funnel metrics for proposed plans. - Purpose: Evaluate the success or failure of commercial programs to uncover actionable insights for future efforts. - Activities: - Analyze key traits of successful or unsuccessful campaigns. - Identify root causes of poor performance and areas for improvement. - Deliver concise recommendations for optimizing future efforts. - Conduct stakeholder communication, data transformation, and quality assurance. - Business Insights - Purpose: Provide go-to-market, BDR, Sales, and marketing teams with actionable insights and recommendation based on visualizations/reports. - Activities: - Collaborate with Enterprise Apps on data and reporting requirements focused on ICP, channel reporting, economic metrics, and goal pacing. - Define metrics required for tracking progress on business objectives - Collaborate with Data Visualization team on requirements specification - Perform UAT on Visualizations created by Data Visualization team - Leverage visualizations to perform analysis on Revops business processes and generate insights - Refine and document business processes based on analysis and insights - Create supplementary executive reports based on visualizations and insights Expertise You'll Bring: - Advanced proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Quicksight, and Excel. - Behavioral Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Time management and adaptability. - Attention to detail and critical thinking. - Functional Skills: - Business acumen and strategic thinking. - Data analysis and process improvement. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience with marketing analytics and campaign evaluations. - Familiarity with data visualization best practices. - Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration. - Key Outputs - "Path to Target" documents with realistic funnel metric projections. - Business insights presentations with actionable recommendations.
