Responsibilities - Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to customers, tailored to their unique needs and goals - Assist customers with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions - Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend relevant products and services to customers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations - Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide seamless customer service - Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Requirements - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds - Proficient in using banking software and technology tools - Ability to work in a team and contribute to the achievement of department and bank-wide goals - Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a desire to help customers achieve their financial objectives Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
