Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to customers, tailored to their unique needs and goals Assist customers with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend relevant products and services to customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide seamless customer service Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds Proficient in using banking software and technology tools Ability to work in a team and contribute to the achievement of department and bank-wide goals Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a desire to help customers achieve their financial objectives
