Eligibility Criteria

- Age Limit: 25 – 30 years
- Educational Qualification: B.Com or any graduate (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, PPT).
- Strong skills in Email Communication & Drafting.
- Working knowledge of SAP, TNG, and CRM Software.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar profile or product industry.
- Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the principal product portfolio with thorough understanding.
- Follow up with principals for quotations and payments, and with customers for payment collections.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations, invoices, and proposals.
- Maintain and update MIS sheets, sales reports, pending orders, and booking summaries.
- Prepare and submit weekly booking reports, monthly quote summaries, projections, and MIS reports.
- Provide end-to-end support to Sales & Service Teams for smooth execution of customer projects.
- Maintain records of all principal, product, and customer project details.
- Ensure proactive coordination with principals, customers, and internal sales teams.
- Drive and support the sales process to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
