Role overview: We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Category Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of professionals from India for Urban Company's Dubai operations. This is a unique cross-border role that blends supply acquisition, talent onboarding, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: - Supply Acquisition & Onboarding - Build and execute the strategy to onboard skilled professionals across major Indian cities. - Identify and partner with culinary institutes, training centers, and recruitment agencies. - Process Management - Design and own the partner onboarding funnel from sourcing to activation in Dubai. - Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Liaise with Dubai-based operations and supply teams to understand demand and performance feedback.
