Job Description Category Manager Location: Gurugram Experience required:- Relevant experience in category ownership, channel collaboration, and product lifecycle management About the Role:- We are looking for a high-ownership individual who can independently drive 0-to-1 category launches. This role is not just a category management position it requires a mix of market research, program management, sales/business development, and strong problem-solving ability. Ideal candidates are street-smart, agile, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Required Qualifications:- - UG from Tier 1 colleges (IITs/NITs, top DU colleges, CAs) with 23 years of experience or MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges with 12 years of relevant experience - Experience in consulting or founders/CXO office roles in high-growth startups or category management roles in consumer electronics - Strong analytical capability, comfort with data, and structured thinking. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to operate with high ownership, hustle, and adaptability in a 0-to-1 environment.
