As a Deal Desk Specialist, you'll partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams across the world, supporting fast-moving deals, shaping customer agreements, and ensuring every contract flows seamlessly through Salesforce before hitting our ERP and invoicing systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in India who wants to build a career in Revenue Operations, work across global markets, and gain deep exposure to world-class SaaS commercial processes. You'll report into a Deal Desk Lead and directly contribute to revenue accuracy, customer experience, and the successful integration of new acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Build, review, and approve customer quotes and contracts in Salesforce (SFDC) with speed and accuracy. - Deliver exceptional service through our support queues, meeting all SLAs while ensuring high-quality outputs. - Develop a strong understanding of Diligent's products and pricing to guide internal stakeholders. - Support Revenue Operations in integrating newly acquired companieshelping unify processes and bring them into SFDC. - Work flexibly during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles to support global teams. - Take on new responsibilities as our operations evolve in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Required Experience: - Exceptional attention to detail and strong ownership mindset. - Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders, clear communicator, empathetic, and collaborative. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. - Curious and proactive about adopting new digital tools and learning to use AI-powered systems that elevate efficiency. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
