Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, and stakeholders, to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

Team Management:

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to high performance.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
- Manage client expectations and communicate project updates and milestones effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into project planning and execution.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of min 8+ years in project management, specifically in web development projects handling multiple projects at time.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
