Job Description Job Role : Associate & Sr Associate Experience : 3+ years Job Location : Noida, Mohali, or Ahmedabad Mode of Work : Full Time Eligibility Criteria : Qualified ACCA, ACCA Pursuing, Qualified CA, Semi Qualified CA, CPA Pursuing, Qualified CPA Description The Audit Associate & Sr associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the audit process for our clients in the US. The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members in a virtual and live environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee remote audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, by auditing standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the main point of contact for audit-related matters. - Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed. - Ensure that audit work is completed within budgeted time. - Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness. - Identify and communicate audit issues to clients and provide recommendations for improvement. - Stay up to date with changes in US accounting and auditing standards and ensure that the audit team is informed and trained accordingly Participate in business development activities and assist in the preparation of proposals for new clients
