Job Title Nursing Head Nursing Superintendent NS Location BIMS Hospital Department Nursing Full-Time On-site About Us We are a growing multi-speciality healthcare institution committed to delivering high-quality ethical and compassionate patient care With advanced clinical services and a strong focus on patient safety we aim to build a team that drives excellence Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Head to lead our nursing operations The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities in-depth clinical knowledge and prior experience in managing nursing teams in a hospital setup Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Nursing Department Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital protocols Lead train guide and evaluate nursing staff to maintain high quality of care Develop and implement nursing policies SOPs and best practices Monitor patient care services and address escalations promptly Prepare duty rosters manage manpower and streamline operations Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for smooth workflow Conduct audits maintain documentation and ensure safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives Support hospital leadership in strategic planning performance enhancement Required Qualifications GNM B Sc Nursing Post B Sc Nursing M Sc Nursing preferred Minimum 5-10 years of clinical experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory NS role Strong understanding of hospital operations patient care protocols and NABH standards Excellent communication leadership and team-handling skills Preferred Skills Experience in multi-speciality hospitals Knowledge of infection control quality parameters and emergency care Ability to manage crisis situations with confidence and professionalism Proficiency in preparing reports audits and compliance documentation What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Professional growth and leadership opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Exposure to advanced clinical setups How to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated resume at hr bimshospital com or 91-7227989814 91-9016981981 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
