Job Description

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, provide information, promote products/services, or schedule appointments. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of representing our company positively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based on provided databases or lead lists.
- Introduce the company and its [products/services] clearly and concisely.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify potential customer needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Gather relevant customer information, ensuring accuracy for follow-up.
- Set up appointments for the sales team or provide necessary information for further engagement.
- Information Dissemination:
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Database Management:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, calls, and outcomes in the CRM system or designated software.
- Update customer information as required.
- Target Achievement:
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead generation/appointment setting targets.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes and progress.
- Feedback & Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and product knowledge.
- Adherence to Scripts & Guidelines:
- Follow prescribed call scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation flow.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to telecalling and data privacy.
