s For Axiom OperationsLocation GurgaonTimings 02 PM to 11 30 PM IST Summary-This role is primarily responsible for maintaining Axiom application based on request sent by Tech support Data Governance Deal Teams Data backfills and research on discrepancies in different Axiom views The role also demands support to various process related project initiatives risk management handling escalations and addressing queries of different teams Responsibilities Assist as a day-to-day point of contact for the Axiom Operations Team proactively managing Axiom application based on requests received from different teams Coordinate with Tech support and work on MAR deals identification and updates Work with Data Governance team on the requests industry discrepancies between Deal and Entity Missing details in Axiom specially Analyst name research and update details based on fund coverage Data backfills requests Assist team to coordinate with deal analyst to verify deal financials such as EBITDA revenue etc Assisting coordinating with the deal team on investor and client relationship requests Ad-Hoc projects to develop enhanced processes i e cleanups Data backfills Creating new SOPs and ensure best practice The ideal candidate should be willing to go the extra mile want to grow their career by being exposed to many different products and processes and above all be a team player A person who is organized and has a positive attitude is core to this role The breadth of work is growing and the ideal candidate would grow along with it Required Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word Access and PowerPoint Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Institutional Finance Buy Side Others
