The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams In this role you will be responsible for the following Responsibilities R D Representation Compliance External audit compliance Internal audit compliance Regulatory Income tax and withholding tax compliance Regulatory Goods Services Tax compliance Support in closure of open topics of vendor advances GR IR issues capitalization provisions accruals Support and play a key role in collaboration with India finance council team R D Resource Centre Ownership Responsibility of End to End P L for R D SEPL Entity Build a strong team for Resource team for innovation centre India Finance Variance Analysis Financial Consolidation Quarterly reviews to aid the central management to take decision FTC Management integration and compliance with Manage-Mate tool Site Finance Management Variance AOC monthly reporting Cost analysis and allocation Estimation and budgeting of facility cost for LR rate Process Guidelines for New R D Campus - Ensure the smooth integration of new campus cost allocation and sharing Support RE GSC Finance team for capitalization of new campus Assisting and supporting GSC Finance on new campus BCI and discussion Stakeholders Management Team management 7 employees as of now QualificationsQualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field MBA or equivalent is a plus Professional qualification such as CA Cost Accountant or CMA 13 years of experience in financial management analysis and reporting In-depth knowledge of budgeting financial forecasting and variance analysis Strong understanding of tax and compliance regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong financial analytical skills with proven business acumen to connect financial performance to business strategy If you are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business success we encourage you to apply and join our team
