Mandate 2 Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year These employees who form a large majority will come together in their base location for a week once every quarter About Swiggy Swiggy is India s leading on-demand delivery platform with a tech-first approach to logistics and a solution-first approach to consumer demands With a presence in 500 cities across India partnerships with hundreds of thousands of restaurants an employee base of over 5000 a 2 lakh strong independent fleet of Delivery Executives we deliver unparalleled convenience driven by continuous innovation Built on the back of robust ML technology and fueled by terabytes of data processed every day Swiggy offers a fast seamless and reliable delivery experience for millions of customers across India From starting out as a hyperlocal food delivery service in 2014 to becoming India s leading on-demand convenience platform today our capabilities result not only in lightning-fast delivery for customers but also in a productive and fulfilling experience for our employees Job Responsibilities Food delivery is a 3-way ecosystem Customer - Restaurant - Delivery Executive in which Supply Restaurant side plays a key role in platform sustenance The Supply Strategy charter within the Supply function plays the following roles xe2x97x8f Identifying and prioritizing key initiatives that can drive platform objectives from a supply lens xe2x97x8f Prioritizing amongst these initiatives through an impact-effort lens xe2x97x8f Designing solutioning prioritized initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams including revenue growth platform level storefront team responsible for front UI UX for customer business execution teams for driving initiatives on a daily basis on the ground vendor product team responsible for restaurant-facing application xe2x97x8f Go-to-market GTM - pilot and scale-up of select initiatives to ensure realization of benefits through effective execution xe2x97x8f The Insights charter deals with leveraging the full potential of Swiggy s captive data to help drive restaurant performance which will in-turn have a positive impact on Swiggy s performance Broadly this charter will play the following roles xe2x97x8f Identifying and prioritizing use-cases for deployment of data-backed insights across various Restaurant performance levers like growth operational excellence expansion etc xe2x97x8f Working closely with the relevant product and data teams to develop insight products and dashboards while ensuring that they are relevant and consumable by restaurants through extensive discussion with restaurant stakeholders city teams etc xe2x97x8f Ensure adoption and scale-up of insight products and dashboards Desired Skillset xe2x97x8f 4 to 6 years of experience in advanced excel xe2x97x8f Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize insights and recommendations through data analysis and stakeholder consultation xe2x97x8f Communication and stakeholder management Internal the ability to influence and work with other functions within Swiggy for alignment on initiatives co-create solutions etc xe2x97x8f Communication and stakeholder management External the ability to engage with restaurants to understand their pain points and develop solutions to address them xe2x97x8f Ability to take ownership of individual work streams for problem-solving development of GTM plan coordinating with functions to deploy pilots etc xe2x97x8f Ability to program manage the GTM plan and scale the initiative establish impact for select initiatives xe2x97x8f Basic SQL will be an added advantage
