Role Description Business Development Intern (EdTech Sales)
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our EdTech sales team. This is a remote, part-time internship offering a stipend of 5,000 along with performance-based commission per subscription closed.
As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, pitching our EdTech solutions, and converting prospects into paying customers. You will work closely with the sales team to meet defined targets and contribute to overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and engage leads through various channels.
- Pitch EdTech solutions effectively to schools, institutes, and individuals.
- Manage sales calls, product demos, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed any degree (minimum qualification).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills (English/Hindi).
- Quick learner with interest in IT/EdTech sales.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
