And if that's you we would love to have you join us Job Purpose - Deliver & implement the assigned projects on time with good quality, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. - Ensure technical deliverables matches customer requirements. - Ensure site activities are completed as desired by customer and in specified time frame. - Also, curiosity to learn new skills, explore opportunity to get better while doing regular service jobs, Reports to: Team Lead Key Responsibilities DO - Willingness to travel frequently at site and troubleshoot/ rectify the issues. - Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction - Complete Project task based on work assignment. - Deliver the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction - Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities. - Work with Team Leader / Lead Engineer to guarantee customer acceptance. - Work with Team Leader to clarify technical issues. - Work with Team Leader to manage technical risk in project OVERSEE - Ensure product installation follows the procedure of RA engineering standards and recommendations. - Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project / prepare site installation reports on product installation. - Support Team Leader in managing team performance, develop self and team capability and motivate the team. - Work with cross functional teams like technical support, Contract management, Project management, and End user account managers. Job related competencies - Strong level of expertise in Component and Architecture Class Standard Drives, , Safety Product, Networks. - Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge (Tire-Banbury, Tire building machine, Bead winding Curing press, calendaring machine), Application Knowledge, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). - Commissioning experience on PLC, Drive & Servo - Different Electrical Standard knowledge like NEMA, IEC, UL508 will be an added advantage.
