Job Description Description The Debt Recovery position is responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and negotiation, with a focus on achieving results while maintaining positive relationships with debtors. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience in debt recovery or related fields. Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of debt recovery accounts. - Conduct regular follow-ups with debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence. - Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors. - Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to debt recovery. - Prepare and submit reports on recovery status and progress to management. - Collaborate with legal teams if necessary for recovery actions. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt recovery. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Familiarity with debt recovery processes and relevant legislation in India. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
