**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital debt collection strategies with a focus on Automated messaging campaigns, chatbots and other tech-driven methods.
- Innovate and adapt strategies to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

**Technology Integration**:

- Evaluate, select, and deploy cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to enhance debt collection efforts.
- Collaborate with our tech teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital tools.

**Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay updated on debt collection regulations, including local and national guidelines, to ensure full compliance in digital debt collection methods.
- Implement robust controls to protect customer data and ensure data security.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:

- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital collection strategies.
- Continuously analyze performance data to refine strategies and achieve optimal results.

**Customer-Centric Approach**:

- Develop and maintain customer-centric communication strategies that prioritize a positive customer experience during debt recovery.
- Personalize digital interactions to improve engagement and debt recovery rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in debt collection in the fin-tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of debt collection regulations, including local and national laws.
- Proficiency in digital debt collection tools, analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
