Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 3 to 6 months; based on performance.

Are you passionate about people and technology Want to start your career in recruitment Join our team as an IT Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes for tech roles.

What Youll Do:

- Learn and Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT positions using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track application progress
- Job postings for open roles
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate closely with team members on daily hiring activities

What Were Looking For:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or MBA
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technical roles and skills is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
