Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to premium concierge services, converting them into subscribers, and ensuring they receive seamless, personalized service. This role combines sales, client onboarding, and ongoing relationship management to deliver a 5-star experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Acquisition:
- Meet potential clients directly in person (HNI's), present and brief them about the services.
- Convert qualified leads into subscribers by clearly communicating value and handling objections.
- Achieve monthly subscription and revenue targets.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Guide new subscribers through the onboarding process and explain how to use our services effectively.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring their requests are handled promptly.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to nurture long-term relationships and renewals.
Service Coordination:
- Work closely with Operations & R&D teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues quickly.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Collect client feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (consulting, training, hospitality, or service industry experience is a plus).
- Experience in handling both direct (in-person) and online client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and subscription-based business models is an advantage.
